Eligibility

All submissions must feature work implemented for the first time between January 2025 and December 2025.

Submission Format

Presentation Requirements:

• Heading Font: Calibri Light, Size 36
• Body Font: Calibri, Size 18

Supporting Creatives:

• Upload via Google Drive link (public access).
• Formats allowed: Video / PPT / Images.
• Creative Length: Max 120 seconds video OR 8–10 slides presentation.
• File Size: Not to exceed 2 minutes or 2 MB.

Audio-Visuals Preferred:

The jury strongly recommends audiovisual submissions. Including audio in videos is advisable.

Mandatory Uploads (in the same Google Drive link):

• The creative material (video/PPT/images).
• Authorization Certificate from the Client.

The Google Drive link must be publicly accessible and submitted under the Reference Material URL field.

Payments

• Entry Fee: ₹14,000 + 18% GST per entry (non-refundable).
• Payment Mode: Online only.
• Important: Entries cannot be edited once payment has been made.
• Entries will only be accepted after the realization of payment.
